Helene is a financial trainer and fund raiser, and then enjoys her passion for fitness by teaching Zumba classes on a group and one to one basis. No stranger to all forms of fitness, Helene was previously a marathon runner and athletics participant, and actively trains in interval , weights and aerobic disciplines.
